Thank you for your interest in learning a holistic form of healing called Reiki. There is no hard set rules of what to do or not to do before your class and attunement. However, here is a list if things I’ve found that students like to do in preparation for this amazing journey.

1 Week Prior To Class
•Eat vegetarian
•Cut out processed foods
•Cut down or eliminate coffee or caffeine*
•Meditate
•Practice yoga

*While cutting out caffeine or coffee before hand is helpful, it is not required. There is no need to harm ourselves with a coffee headache withdrawals for class. So please feel comfortable brining a cup to class if you do not want to cut it out. I will have my cup with me. 😉

Day Before Class
•Add in a salad or more vegetables to your meals
•Stay Hydrate
•Possibly pack a lunch for class
•Meditate
•Relax

Some if us lead very busy lives and slowing down the night before will help us receive a full nights sleep and be rested for class the next day.
